Engaging after lunch presentation from Grant…power was back on, so that helped things!
Grant is a performance psychologist (PhD University WA) – has worked with all sorts of organisations and sports teams!
Grant presented on the diagnosis of culture through a mapping tool that uses chaos logic – which produces DNA Raw Data Patterns – great stuff and a really fascinating diagnosis tool on teams!
Some gems from Grant:
- 78% of what we learn is by serendipity! – it’s all about the butterfly effect = luck!
- a person who has "their rectum is attached to their retna" = they have a shitty outlook of life (negative people)
